The WSHS met on May 23, 2016 at the First Christian Church with Sandy Brug, Marge Straube, Sue Buxmann and Hal Pearson present.
We have received the Poudre Heritage Grant for $23,000. Sandy will write a letter and accept the grant money. Also thank them for it.
We talked about sending personal letters to some businesses that may be interested in donating. We need to raise $47.000 at this time.
We will do the exhibit at the WRC in August. We discussed many ideas for the exhibit.
We have been getting questions on the face book page lately about the history of Windsor. Sandy has been doing a good job of answering these questions. Marge, Sandy and Sue met with two high school students who were doing a project about the Windsor Mill and Elevator. It is always good to see interest in Windsor history.
