The WSHS met on July 25, 2016 with Sandy Brug, Marge Straube Hal Pearson, Gene Morey, Thomas Chambers, Kristie Melendez and Sue Buxmann.
We will set up our exhibit at the WRC on Aug 1, time to be determined. We have six sections to do. The subjects will be WSHS, the bronze, businesses of Windsor, Windsor schools, household items, and women.
The date to be set for our party which will be either a thank you or a solicitation to get the rest of our funds for the bronze.
The bronze should be set up by early May 2017.
The Beacon office has been put up for sale. All of the historical beacons will be moved to Ft. Collins at the Coloradoan. They plan to get them digitized but not in the near future. Caitlin from the town and Ann from the library tried to have them donated to the one or the other but to no avail. We will try to write some letters.
